Bliss Bridal Salon is located in Fort Worth, Texas and is looking for someone who is willing to grow with the store and help brides find the gown of their dreams. At Bliss, we offer more than just wedding dresses, we believe in creating memories and experiences. Though this job might sound like all rainbows and unicorns there is more than what meets the eye.

This is not an episode of your favorite TV Show. This is the behind the scenes, sometimes tough, labor intensive, people pleasing, goal achieving, not for the faint of heart, REALITY of bridal.
This is a selling job, meaning the pay is hourly combined with sales-based incentives. Therefore the harder you work, the more you will get out of it. Please don't mistake this as "easy".
Our “Busiest Days” are Saturdays and Sundays. These are the days we prepare all week for. Be ready to work when families and friends have time to shop with the bride. Weekends are required
We are huge about working hard and seeing the results in our brides finding the perfect gown. In order to work at Bliss Bridal, you have to love to see the results of a job well done. Finding the bride the perfect dress is very rewarding but does take hard work and determination to see it through.
Say goodbye to that boring desk job. This job requires you to be on your feet and talk to people of all kinds. This keeps your day from being boring and just watching the clock tick away. Here, we are often shocked to see the time fly as fast as it does.
We clean, vacuum and steam dresses. There is behind the scenes work. Sorry, its a small business, we do all the things.

You will work with brides, their friends and their families to help her find her Dream Wedding Dress, arguably one of the most important pieces to any bride's big day
We are huge about creating relationships with our brides and seeing them through till the big day. We love meeting new people in every appt!
Fashion! We are on the leading edge of fashion for our brides and get to mix and match all the amazing things to create unique looks for each bride!
The thank you's. Brides can feel very overwhelmed in this environment. Helping them navigate it and find their voice is one of the most rewarding things we do.
We are some the most highly trained stylists in the FW area. We are the experts and leaders in service and experience and it shows. The brides can tell and love it!

Job Requirements

You need to be the type of person who gets joy out of getting things done. We are looking for self starters, extroverts and challenge driven stylists.
You will be talking a lot. So you need to enjoy small talk, bonding with the brides and their families and putting on a show to larger groups.
You will be walking, sometimes up and down the stairs multiple times a day, carrying gowns. You need to be comfortable on your feet and ready for a full day, everyday.
Ready to learn. There is always something new to learn about the bridal industry or the selling world. The phrase “you learn something new everyday” is taken quite literally here.
In addition, you need to be a detail-oriented person. Just to prove that you are, when you apply for this position in the subject line of the email you must include “Fairy Gown Mother”.

In short, your job is to help a bride piece together the puzzle of what her dream dress is, all the while including the family and friends that she has brought with her in the experience of the Yes.
