She truly listened to what I wanted, understood my vision, and made me feel so seen and beautiful the entire time. She created such a comfortable, uplifting environment and helped me have that this is the dress moment I’ll never forget. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bliss and their team. I brought my wedding dress in just 3 weeks before my wedding after feeling really disappointed and stressed by alterations done elsewhere. From the moment I walked in, they were so caring, reassuring, and immediately ready to help (they literally got me in for an appointment the same day!). Within a week, they completely transformed my dress. It fit like a glove, the new bustle was absolutely gorgeous, and the attention to detail was impeccable. They even sent me home with a detailed bustle video to make sure everything went smoothly on wedding day. They took what had become such a stressful situation and made me feel completely at ease because I instantly trusted their expertise and quality of work. During our first appointment, my mom spontaneously tried on a few mother-of-the-bride dresses “just to see,” and somehow they found the perfect one for her. The team made her feel so comfortable, listened carefully to what she wanted, and managed to not only order the dress but also alter it in less than two weeks. We both kept saying, “We wish we had just come here first!” Wendy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and such a calming presence throughout the process. Her expertise in both bridal fashion and the wedding industry was invaluable. And the seamstress is truly so talented, my dress genuinely fits perfectly. This was truly world-class service, and I’m so grateful for the care, skill, and kindness they showed both me and my mom.

The best dress store I went to! I went to 3 stores and this was by far my favorite they were super friendly and not at all pressuring, very patient when I was trying on dresses! And then when I came back to get my dress bustled they were great as well and explained everything to me of how it worked!

Such an amazing experience! The staff is welcoming, kind, and personable. I didn’t know what to expect, but Gwen exceeded any expectations I may have had. She was so sweet, intentional, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. This was the first bridal shop I went to and I said yes to the dress! The selection and sizes are amazing, and I felt so beautiful. Gwen is a great hype woman. I will recommend Bliss Bridal to all my friends and family!

Hands down the BEST experience wedding dress shopping I’ve ever had (as a second time bride)!! The salon itself is beautiful and I love that you get your own private area for trying on gowns. Additionally, the entire process start to finish is designed to help maximize your time to try dresses that fit best for you! I had a pre planning call with my stylist to go over what I wanted, was able to view gowns online to show what I liked, and my stylist listened to all my feedback each time I tried I gown I liked or disliked. She was also super careful to ensure any dress I tried on was in budget & in stock to arrive on time! I wish I could go back and do it again, and was so happy to say YES to my dream gown and veil!!
