The Role

Bliss Bridal Salon is seeking a warm, polished, highly organized Customer Care Concierge to support our Alterations Department. This role is perfect for a take-charge, people-loving personality who can host brides and families, keep appointments running smoothly, and communicate with confidence and care.

You’ll be the friendly face and steady hand that helps brides feel guided and celebrated—while keeping schedules, details, and next steps beautifully coordinated.

Schedule Needed

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Sunday mid-shift: 1:00–5:00 PM (to coincide with alterations appointments)

Responsibilities

  • Host and greet brides + guests for alterations appointments with warmth and confidence.
  • Support brides during fittings with styling guidance and calm, reassuring communication.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage fittings with accuracy and strong follow-through.
  • Communicate timelines, expectations, and next steps clearly (in person, phone, email).
  • Coordinate closely with seamstresses and the bridal team to keep appointments flowing.
  • Handle multiple moving pieces while maintaining a composed, welcoming presence.
  • Support service recommendations and sales (alterations, gown care, preservation) when appropriate.
