Communication + Preparation
- Assist with pre-appointment outreach, confirmation details, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain organization across guest notes, timing, and appointment readiness.
- Prepare spaces and materials so each stylist is set up to serve well.
- Notice small details before they become larger issues.
Experience Support
- Help maintain visual presentation throughout the department and guest spaces.
- Support the alterations team as needed during active appointments and transitions.
- Contribute to a team environment that values excellence, maturity, and consistency.
- Move comfortably between hospitality tasks and operational support.
