Bliss Bridal Salon is seeking a high-energy, people-first Bridal Experience Coordinator to serve as the face of our store and the anchor of our daily flow.
This role blends front desk hospitality, appointment coordination, and in-store support. You will ensure every bride is welcomed with warmth, every appointment runs smoothly, and every detail behind the scenes is handled with care.
You are not just checking people in—you are orchestrating the experience from the moment a bride reaches out to the moment she says yes.

Saturday and Sunday availability is required for this position.
Front of House Experience
- Greet every bride and guest with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Create a polished, welcoming environment at all times
- Maintain awareness of store flow and anticipate needs throughout the day
Appointment Coordination
- Schedule bridal appointments and alterations appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and ensure brides are prepared
- Manage calendar flow to support stylists and optimize the day
- Step in to assist with walk-ins when needed
Bride Communication
- Answer and manage phone calls, voicemails, emails, and text inquiries
- Respond promptly with clear, friendly, and helpful communication
- Guide brides through next steps, expectations, and questions
In-Store Support
- Stay attuned to active appointments and step in where needed
- Pull champagne for celebrations
- Assist stylists during peak moments
- Support the overall energy and flow of the floor
- Help create memorable “Yes” moments for brides
Stylist & Operational Support
- Assist with stylist calls and appointment preparation
- Support inventory updates when new collections arrive
- Keep front desk and shared spaces organized and presentable
- Handle light administrative and organizational tasks

You should be comfortable managing multiple moving pieces while staying warm, responsive, and composed.
